Payment Terms A deposit of 50% of the amount before taxes is required when booking to confirm it. No reservation is confirmed or guaranteed until the deposit has been taken. The balance of the cost of your stay is payable one month before arrival. In situations where you need to cancel, the deposit will be lost unless the lease is made by another tenant (subsequently).
